

AC Circuit Analysis
A study of Alternating Current (AC) circuit analysis. Students are introduced to AC fundamentals, series and parallel characteristics,
impedance and admittance diagrams, AC circuit networks, mesh and nodal analysis, dependent AC sources, superposition, Thevenin, Norton
and max power theorems; maximum power transfer, series and parallel resonate circuits, filters, transfer functions, transformer and
Bode plots. Throughout the lecture course students will be expected to apply the material to practical experiments in the laboratory section
AC Circuit Analysis Lab.
