Homework 6 - Full Business Plan
Criteria
Depending on the nature of your business, your full business plan should be 25-45 pages in length.
You job is now to put the pieces together. Clean sections up based on my comments to you and
things you have learned as you have put your plans together. Finally, add in the small pieces
that we have not yet done.
Included in the final plan should be the following elements:
1. Cover, Index and Executive Summary - one page each
2. Request For Financing - as previously assigned in the finance plan
3. Brief Description of the Business - one to two paragraphs; include a description of
your form of business e.g. Partnership, corporation, etc.
4. Mission, Goals, Objectives and Strategy - as previously assigned; note that the
strategy portion may best fit in the Marketing section as described in the Marketing
Assignment guidelines.
5. Operations: as previously assigned
6. Marketing: as previously assigned
7. Finance: as previously assigned
Business key words: business plan, business venture, executive summary or introduction,
financials and capital acquisition, business nature, objective, strategy, sustainable
competitive advantage, marketing plan, operations, growth strategy, market conditions.
