An preparatory course into the field of engineering which is designed to introduce the student to engineering design practices, engineering careers,
engineering problem solving, teamwork, engineering ethics and responsibilities, hands on engineering experiments, and group activities. Fundamentals
of science and engineering practices are discussed such as, scientific notation and documentation, units of measurement, technical terminology, and problem analysis.
